Now that feature sounds epic
No more extracting resources from the project manually? :)

I hope so. It works for me. :)
It should only leave the resources you need (not any default ones that comes with Rad)

Shadmar - just be clear on this for a noob.

The project first needs to be compiled as described in another thread by opening it, doing nothing, then closing it before using your tool ?

that's awesome

the only problem i can see is the new compiler's auto encrypt your .3dr, so you have to manually change that before you 'share source'

Currently using 7.22

RadImp is suppose to do this automagic for you. So you don't need to do that.

Yes that would be best practice.

@Shadmar..
AutoIT3 is pretty nifty.
Picked that up after a dissasembly of radimp, then had to try it. After a request for no-VB, this may be a fine way to make system-toys. :)

Yeah it's a fast way to make GUI toys for windows without having to pack a ton of runtimes. :)

I dunno if I'm a noob or not... but it doesn't work, it says the install file is not a correct file.  ???
« Reply #68 on: April 08, 2010, 01:50:22 PM »
It's a zip, there is no install file, just unzip in your 3dRad root folder and start radImp.exe

 ??? I copy it to C:\3drad or C:\Program Files\3drad.

It's in C:\3drad right now

Wierd, anyone else have trouble with radimp 0.7 ?
Does 0.6 work ?

Also what windows version are you running ?
« Reply #71 on: April 08, 2010, 03:39:18 PM »
Windows XP

Yes, .6 works!

So I copied the .x file into import, and its on the list, so I go to import > and choose one... but then one, where does it go?

I checked for the directorys that are metioned in the text file but I can't find 'em.

Hi Shad
Yes I had the same result so I went back to radimp 6. I uninstalled then reinstalled and even downloaded it again in case it had been corrupted.

Sorry I didn't report earlier but I had forgotten until now.

There has also been another little problem is that it always displays 2 item when there is only 1 in the import folder.

I'm using XP

@Shadmar, I think you may have AutoIT using 64bit support.  I haven't used it really, but I think there's and option during installation whether to include 64bit support or not.

v0.7 works fine on my x64 system but fails to run on my 32 system.
