Wow. This car is awesome, it is super fun and addicting. Let me know if there is still help needed.

Yes, any help you can provide for this game would be much appreciated!

The race promo basically needs everything else that will make it an actual game - like more Sound, props, scenery, 2D/3D graphics - anything that you think this game needs.

FRESH UPDATE! The base was scraped in favour of this track. It will be heavily modified to feature wall climbing, a full pipe and a canyon obstacle course!   The track won't look like this track  but it can be raced once Ninkeo Kart enters public beta.

Nice. :) Hey, if you want, I could help a bit with the track every now and then. If you have dropbox, you could put the sketchup file in a folder and share it to my email. I'll pm it to you if your interested.

Iv'e used dropbox this way, and it's a great way to collaborate on projects.

Let me know if you want my lightmapped city track. http://www.3drad.com/forum/index.php?topic=7122.msg57288#msg57288

The models are made by me, but the textures are somewhat googled.

Also, could I write up a storyline?

Well, maybe some new HUD graphics if you want. You basically just need animated sprites or valuebars that display the car status - like Air pressure, Rocket fuel, damage, maybe a speedometer... I guess it's up to you whatever you think would go in this project. But if you need, I'll script them to work, but only if you do a really nice job on them. :)

Sure. I guess it depends what you had in mind.. You are sure welcome to post your ideas.

It looks nice and everything, but we still probably need special levels that take advantage of the super car's abilities.
There needs to be set obstacles and challenges that specifically take advantage of the rocket and air - jump suspension.

For the storyline I was gonna start with a type of military thing. So doing missions in a way. From reading through the posts this is what I got. I was gonna build off of this. Sound good? Or has the game changed theme?

I plan to start on the 2D stuff now... how fast does the speedometer need to go?

:P I'm not sure actually... I think you could let the dial spin past 120 mph for a pretty crazy effect, but you have to realize this thing is a rocket.. it can go as fast as you want pretty much.

For the storyline, how should I put it up - let it be edited, reviewed, commented upon by the community as I go or post in larger sections? Trying to figure out how to be efficient.  :D

Project Komodo (Name Suggestion): Level One

Military Leader: Mr. President, they have gone to far! The death toll is rising and our supplies are running out. We must act quickly!

President: *SIGH* Do what you have to do... is she ready yet?

Military Leader: Yes, sir.

President: Unleash the dragon...
-----
Mission Brief: Go to enemy base and free the hostages. (Once you arrive to the base you must destroy the defending vehicles, towers, and take down gates to reach the hostages.)
-----
Free play unlocked after each completed mission?
-----
(Could you destroy buildings with your rocket's flames? That would be pretty sweet. Like holding the brake along with the rocket to just shoot fire.)

Oh yea, that would be a cool effect..

And even if we need, a weapon upgrade on komodo would be possible too. :)
