This is just a preview thread for upcoming/planned shaders in SystemShaders2_shx

First out is a flame shader, I think it looks good and you can set anything on fire :)

those underwater scenes are creepy!!... very good job

anyone knows if is there any program to create HSL code? (or whatever it says) I was playing with RenderMonkey but shaders are from another world for me...

NVidia's FX composer (free)
The one and only devkit for HLSL (high level shader language) imho. The other stuff still needs a few years to catch up.. It also has great tutorials.

Yes Fx Composer is good, RenderMonkey, well I can't figure out how to transport the shaders from that one.

A typical shader needs input in order to work, rad has some specifics like mxWorld, mxViewProj etc .. (look at rads shader doc) . FX composer can call these matrices and oher variables something else, but Rad needs them specific named. So if you were to copy/paste a FX shader, you need to update the variables that rad will read in order to get it to work.
