Author Topic: Just a little test - Lego Digital Designer car in 3D rad  (Read 1734 times)

Hi!

I'm new to this forum, also new to 3D rad. I found 3D rad very cool stuff, and I decided to make a destruction derby-like game in 3D rad with lego cars. I wanted to test if can I put a LDD model into 3D rad. LDD don't directly support exportation to a general 3D format, it uses it's own format, but I found the way to use it in 3D rad ( more information on my Youtube channel ).

So here is a little testing video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4GDuGzGfPk
I hope you like it, it's nothing special, just a Lego car model made in LDD  :D
Also the car is very unstable :P But I know the way to make it better, just I don't have time yet.

What someone really needs to do is make breakable Lego cars using joints and a very basic car shape that you can add pieces to.
Have a 3DRad problem? There's a topic for that.
(And if there's not, you can always make one.)

This should be fun using the blocks in PhysX... looking forward to an implementation of this :)
