OK, here it is.

Improvements include:

-Spherical camera orbit.
-Separate version for those who favour an arrow key controlled camera.
-Clearer annotated script with brief explanations of each section.

I figure it made sense to make 2 different versions. You're unlikely to want to change the controls mid-game and the scripting involved was annoying me. This way you should download whichever system you prefer and it'll be ready for use.

If anyone finds any bugs, let me know. Any suggestions for future development are certainly welcome!

Nice! I like how easy it is to set the mouseY limits. Nice organization in the scripts too :)
For version3: It would be cool if the zoom automatically adjusted to avoid obstacles. Idk if you could use a scanner for this possibly?? I'm not sure.

Can you be more specific? I'm not sure about compatability with past vesions, I'm using the most recent one. For some reason when I first load the demo, the character appears invisible until i move it...is this the same?
I'll look into it!

And does the problem occur for both demos? That'd probably show a compatability thing..

Sounds fairly messy. Until someone proposes a technically sound way to do this, I'll probably leave it.

Great work Chebob, but for some reason my skinmesh wont appear until i hit a directional key?

Yeah, that's happening for me too now. Weird cos it didn't happen in my original project, only after i uploaded it. I don't think it's a problem with both demos is it?
I'll check it out!
