Oh I can open the project in 3drad and all objects seems to be fine but when I press space to run it, 3drad crashes. And when I try to see the properties window of an object by double clicking on its layer it doesn't do anything! What am I missing?

Check the date. This is four years old. Nobody will answer this.

My guess, this must have been made with 3D Rad v6.00 or something. That's probably why it won't work.

Tryed clicking on the link to download the demo but it says that chrome could not connect to www.screenracer.com
