OK, update 0.21 incoming soon!
Whats changed?
-Lots of behind the scenes fixes
-Added ENB Series mod to create better, optimal graphics.
-Added wheel skid marks and smoke from engine exhaust (only on the Oldman Racer for now)
-Fixed multiplayer tracks
-Added trees for the Snowy Hill track
-Fixed the AI cars not colliding with the player car on Breezy Hill
This will come simply as a drag-and-drop patch, so no major redownloading.

NOTE TO NEWBIES: YOU MUST HAVE v0.2 DOWNLOADED BEFORE YOU CAN USE THIS UPDATE! IT ONLY HAS RESOURCES AND CORE FILES! DON'T COMPLAIN IT WON'T WORK, YOU DIDN'T READ THE README!

Wait for 0.3! The patch just wasn't working :(

I really hate to be the dude bringing bad news.

My 3D Rad computer (NOT the one in my sig BTW) has committed suicide. I was working on this game, and then it bluescreen'd on me. No problem, I thought, just let it restart. But as soon it turned on, the most feared issue happened. (Mind you, it's a Dell Inspiron 580 MT desktop) The power lamp was solid amber and nothing beeped or came up on my screen. According to the manual, it means "Power Supply or Motherboard failure). Just when the warranty ran out! Now I need to do what I did over in my Hard Drive thread!

At least my 3D Rad didn't get broken. It's all fine and now it's installed on my gaming comp. Back to work I go!

OK, now I've got some better news.  :)

I'm including a fully functional GP Mode to the next full update (0.3 Alpha) which has:
-Double the amount of cars when you compare it to Free Play
-Working Scoreboards
-Ninkeo Kart nostalgia! Some of the tracks and the UI changes to look exactly like the ones in Indev 2. Cars are NOT making a comeback.
-Gives you a good challenge and not some crazy drivers going round a track.

Let's stop for a second, and have a think how far this game has come since the start of the year. First, it was me and oldnoob973 making it. Back then, the game looked a lot like this:

And then I revamped the UI, the track textures were changed and car physics were converted to the PCar. It looked a lot like this:

Then oldnoob decided he wanted to work alone. So I gave (for 5 cents) him a copy of the source code. He made his pretty much doomed Nitro Armed Racing project, which ended up being cancelled. He said here (http://www.3drad.com/forum/index.php?topic=9454.15) that I didn't want to develop Ninkeo Kart anymore. It was partly true, that I didn't want to do it in a team anymore but in no way did I want to kill Ninkeo Kart off completely. So what I did was waited.

Then I revived the dream after oldnoob left here. I've been able to get back to the game that I created under MY command. Now it looks like this:

EDIT: Looking through the linked thread up a bit, I found a link to a working copy of the old Ninkeo Kart. I've put it on the OP for you guys to check out.

0.3 update out now!

The Freechoice Mode (icon is the 2) is locked until you complete the GP Mode. If you're desperate to use Freechoice mode, press enter before you click on the GP Mode icon. Then you press enter again once it loads into the track. Delete the gp.txt.bin file if you want to reset it.

Updated the first post. The checklist has changed, check it out if you need to.

I have put out a patch to fix a couple of major glitches. You can download on the first page.  ;)

And this is the second last update for a little while since the holiday season is upon us, and I'll take a break from game making. So, enjoy 0.31!
But, as a present, I am going to put out a version capable of running on low end systems (netbooks, desktops with crap video cards) but be warned! LOTS of textures are striped, and it will be pretty much just plain colors.

Here's a cover for the hard copy of Ninkeo Kart.

Yes, I know they are retro looking but I want the game to have a retro feel to it.  :)

And, before I forget...
Here's the Ninkeo Kart for those crappy PCs out there. Probably does jack but try it anyway.

I like your enthusiasm :) shame it is just a next almost "single-man" thread.
