Hello.

I made a track race road in 3ds max and I want make a mountain around it. I used T.ed But it's not good. Anyone know another tool?

There are loads - literally hundreds - of different terrain generators.

Try L3DT from bundysoft...

It's decent and can export to (among others) a .x file for direct input to 3DRad.

There are loads of threads of tutorials and other terrain tools though - use Google and take your pick.

Oh no - I see where this is going.

I sense this is going to be a long thread.

What we have here is not a tool problem - it's a workflow one.

You have created your road and now want to model a terrain around it? I see a lot of problems here.

I think the best thing would be to make your terrain in 3ds, then sculpt your road onto it. You will spend longer by trying to find a 'perfect' terrain maker for what you want to achieve.
