Here's a little experiment with Sketchup. A large untextured city terrain to play with. May be used freely.
Sketchup model (to scale) and Static RB (with index) included.

City scape 2.
This is a city template that provides a basic city layout with sidewalks (pavements to the Brits). A few buildings have been "raized", but even these can be altered. Use the existing buildings to help define scale. Don't make the buildings too high, else it will look more like a maze than a city.
This is a huge city, with more than enough room to play

The sketchup file is provided, as well as a sample of the imported city.
Keep in mind that this is a template for you to make your own city.. so half the imported city, and some sidewalks are still "flat".
