I've seen 3DCanvas mentioned once or twice in the forum, but no links to the site or comments on the program. As I am always looking for and testing different tools for games, I gave this product a "once over" , and am delighted to say, it is really an amazing tool.
The key features I enjoyed about it, is that it supports import and export of .x files, has an excellent built in tutorial to get a new user up and running from step 1
This is a fully functional 3D application with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a professional package, and has a whole host of interesting plugins available.
This is definitely a tool that can be added into the game pipeline for users who can't afford to play with the Max and Maya crowd. It is easier to use than Blender, gives you all the extras you don't get in Sketchup, and has the animation and import/export functionality of Fragmotion.
All in all, a great addition to creating and managing models for use in 3DRad.
Definitely worth a peek.

For the measly prices of 34.99/69.99, the plus/Pro versions look to be very much worth it.  ;)
Roll out!
