Open them with google sketchup.Then download the .x exporter for sketchup.Export it to .x as a skinmesh for looks and rigidbody for collision.Then use radimp to import them into 3d rad.

You can import directly from sketchup to rad using this : http://www.3drad.com/Google-SketchUp-To-DirectX-XNA-Exporter-Plug-in.php
