I found this artwork on some guy's site (can't remember the address) and he'd released with no restrictions so I thought I'd convert into rad skyboxes:

I'm only useing skydomes now but they look really great, good stuff chebob!
using 3Drad 7.22

system specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2Ghz
8 gig ram
Geforce GTX 650 1024 MB GDDR5
DirectX 11

Looks nice but I get a Trojan warning from AntiVir ???

How come?
they look just as nice and only require 1 texture. so for me they save resources plus if I want to apply any shader effects I can, so a bit more freedom and control there aswell.
using 3Drad 7.22

I guess. And you can always rotate them gradually to simulate moving clouds etc.

Not sure why. There are only the images, the index pics and the .sky files (copied from another skybox). I guess maybe the .sky file is giving a false positive? Well I guarantee you there are no viruses. If you wanna be cautious, go through the folder in the .rar and just extract the images then install yourself!

I have made some bueat skybox and I suppose I will post them soon But first I have got to work out glitches with other things ;D

Great resource, would be nice to know the artist. (for credits)
 
edit:  ;D   the big planet has the shadow at the wrong side, the sun is on the left so the dark side need to be on the right!
but most people won't notice it ingame. ;)
