Hi gene, thanks for sharing.
BTW.
Third person games at X360 often controls the player direction with the left thumbstick and a turnaround cameraview with the right thumbstick. Have you ever made a steering like this with 3DRad?

BTW.yes I did that with 3Impact so it will be easy to port the code over to 3DRad. I'll do that tommorow and add the support for extra controllers aswell as a param to let you know if a controller is pluged in or not.

im having trouble with this one gene, I plug in my xbox controller via USB (charge and play kit) the PC looks for drivers, installs them and says xbox360 control via charge and play but i cant control your xbox demo, what am i doing wrong?
Hi Bootnut, if you mean charge and play kit for a wirless xbox 360 controller, the thing with them is you can't play them with PC, as no signal is sent along the charge kit. it will charge your 360 controller but no data is sent that way.
so in order to play pc with a 360 controller you will either need a non wireless one or get a usb reciever for your wireless one for use with PC. I made that mistake a year an half ago, I bought a wirless controller and a charge kit thinking I'd be able to play it with pc but you need a pc reciever for them unfortunatley and they are hard to find, so I ended up getting a non wireless one.
They did sell the controller and reciever as a 360 pc kit but and also the reciever seperatley but only certain retailers have them at least here in Australia.
hope that helps.
