Hi, someone can tell me how to create the effect of drift car? And how to create the screeching of tires? thanks

I dont know how to create an "effect" for drifting, but I can tell you that the car drift if the rear wheels traction/lateral grip is low enough. you can modify these properties in the dialog window for the car object and using the script object in runtime.
