Thankyou! I'm glad you guys liked it. The springs... well they actually disappear when a wheel hub breaks. There's still so much more I could add to the rock crawler. I was thinking the other day of trying suspension like on the warthog.. It would be a nice challenge anyway.

;D ;D Nice update!! I like the volumetric fog and the lighting was pretty cool. I made an object called crazyprint and that fixed the problem.

Version 3 is in progress...

The Mechanics and Construction is based off this RC rock crawler:

I'm thinking of making it into an RC rock crawling simulator since it really does seem to represent the rock crawler it's self quite well. It also presents a new challenge as it does flip over just like the actual rock crawler does.
Anyway, just thought I'd give a little update on the project.
What do you think? Should I see if they'll sponsor my game? -or is that too far-fetched?

anythings possible, just make sure to give yourself the best shot, make a small slice of the game how it will look, play and generally what you will do in the game, so you have something shiny to help sell your idea and how it will be a benifit to them aswell. either way looks great!

I really like this idea, i have been thinking of a rc racing game, kinda like that old 4x4 game on the mastersystem, fixed isometric camera, then you drive the car from that location, but i want to use the power of 3drad to bring a new flair to it.

I really dig that one Rush3Fan, mainly for being based on that RC little car.

could you share a video of the vehicle driving over some rocks??
