I doubt it as he already ripped Fourdee's models for his first "game" and no credit went to Dan, models were credited to his team.
But on the other hand he's only about 8 and copyright means nothing to anyone outside Europe/USA anyway

I am not Mandun and I made this Hayabusa with the help of Sketchup.I haven't downloaded it from 3D Warehouse.I saw this same model of this Hayabusa in the 3D Warehouse and I took its Screenshot and by looking the Screenshot,I created it.

looks like mike caught you. ;D i downloaded both the models (splatter g's model and man dun's model) in mandun's model i exported it as skin mesh, and compressed it with winrar  and came to this conclusion that both these models were the same (99.9%) as there was hardly any difference between the sizes of the compressed files and there is hardly any difference between the screenshots. so according to my investigation both of these models are the same.hence proved.

Copying someone's work  intentionally or unintentionally  is know as Plagiarism -which is a really big crime I hope you will understand it and learn from it before you get in some real trouble. Cause people like mandun do really hard work on the models. its just like I download your interon chicago game and release it as my own game.
(actually i won't be able to do it as the link is still not working) ;D
