This typically indicates that only one animation is included in the file. If you have more than one animation, they are not all exported properly.

You're really giving me a hard time understanding you here.

Now that I'm home, I've taken a look at your model and just as I expected, you file only contains one animationset. You need to separate the different animations from this one set and create new ones for each animation.

3ds Max doesn't have such a feature. You'll need another animator to create animation sets. I'd recommend fragMOTION.

Yes, I do. However, it doesn't seem relevant.

probably not...  i don't think YOU could even come close to making a game like resident evil 1, 2 or 3...

not with 3DRAD... not with any game engine out there...

i'm not trying to be cruel or anything like that... i'm just giving you an objective, pragmatic opinion, based on your past activities here and the questions you've asked...

i think you've got a lot more learning to do before you can even think of approaching such a task...

good luck...  and i hope you don't take this the wrong way...

if you take the time and put in the effort to learn and hone the skillset required, then you'll be able to make any game you want... if you don't, well...

yeah... i used the old version of leadwerks...

but, like i just finished telling you above...  it doesn't matter which development platform you're using... making a video game requires a bit of programming, a bit of artwork, and some organizational skills...

1 - can you program...

2 - are you a skilled art type (models, textures, animation)...

3 - do you have any organizational experience putting together any sort of project...

these are gonna be the fundamental things you're gonna need...

i can't teach you all of these... (and believe me, you wouldn't want me too  ;D )

take your time and focus on on thing at a time... just a few posts ago you were asking about animation... now you're talking about something completely different... you're bouncing back and forth all over the place...  you'll never learn anything like that... sloooowwwwwwww down and focus on one thing...
