Hi.

I used iFrameRate (bool) Function and can see my scene frame rate. I want know  what is minimum fps number in scene that make the game is slow?

Haha! I played NFS The Run with max 30 fps, sometimes it was only 16 :D

So if my game runs 40 fps in some pcs. Should i specify those pcs as low end/slow/minimum specs pc?

i've seen games run fast enough to play at 30 frames per sec... some even slower...
guess it depends what kinda game you're making...
