Hi theres my first game.... called Monster Truck Express Delivery. Goal of game is to deliver the package before time runs out. (see instructions in game for more info ).... YOu need to deliver the package to the garage whichh is on other side of terrain diagonally....

Currently there are five levels. in first you have 300 seconds to complete and every level has 50 seconds less time....

And ofcorse more versions planning to get out soon..  ;D

Enjoy !

Okay, let's see.

First of all, the loading screen and menu background are both very misleading. It looks nothing like the game itself.
The menu is very nice, looks good, easy to move through, well done. But a separate song for the credits is very annoying.

The game itself, the trucks could really use some textures. They look a little pale now.
There's not much else to it, it's basically just Time Bomb Duel.

Something else I noticed, 100 mb is a lot for a 3D Rad game. So I took a look at the files and you have over 60 mb of sprites! Since most of the items do not use opacity, you should consider using .jpg instead. This could reduce file size with a tenth. Even if you simply open the file in Paint.NET and save it again the size could be reduced with a third.

While I was in there I took a look at your models. Both the car models have over 23000 triangles! Even a single wheel has almost 13000 tris. This is really way too much for such a simple model.

Well all sprites are made by me they are png for some reason (png supports blank(invisible) fields of picture, and jpg make it just white, thats the reason..... about trucks i know... i am already making new more textures on them not just one color and ofcorse less triangels....reason why i put the separete song for credits is to make them more interesting...And yes about time bomb duel.. its true, as i said before i was making some kind of copy.....But yes in next version i am planning to get better tucks (main thing) and to add race mode ( some kind of monster truc race)....we shall see..

Oh about menu why is it misleading why it doesnt look like game.. I mean its true its a real picture of big foot but ..... i dont find that bad...  ::) ...... Hmm maybe i should reconsider to take an adobe illustrator in hand and convert monster truck with vector drawing....

But yes thanks for feedback i appreciate it.. and thanks for even looking at the game....

Sorry for bad english....

Cheers  ;D

You expect so much more after the menu...game doesn't deliver on a visual front....
  off centre wheels wobble,
no shadows make it look odd,
  no textures on the trucks.
warehouse models always make me think 'no effort put in' (but that's just me)

The package 'bounces' between players on contact which is annoying, you can hit the opponent and still end up without the package (I seem to remember going through this with someone not long ago, I assume it was you)

On the good side...
sound was ok,
menu looks good (although I wonder how much of the artwork was yours) and works well
you actually got something to near completion (rare in these parts)

I wouldn't considered this is finished though, it needs so much more to make it fun, good start though  :)

i trust the two reviewers above... that, and the screenshots are enough for me... not gonna waste the time downloading...

congratulations on getting your game as far as you did though... take the critiques seriously... they'll help make your next game better...

good luck

Perhaps put your own models in to it and post it again to see if it's any good.

FIrst of all I clicked download, then read the post about the wheels being 13k polys.  Believe me what I tell you that I understand what you are trying to do.  You're trying to get lots of detail in the tire treads by modeling them.  Well, at this stage of your developer career you have to go cheap, ow poly and "fake" the treads in the tires using a texture.  If you get a nice tire tread image (google it) there's a program called Crazy Bump (google it) that makes thewell, craziest bump textures you can find.  It really is something.  Couple that with the Rad shader options and your wheels can be reduced to maybe 130 poly's each and look really nice.

The wheels seem to glitch through the garage and it didn't recognise that i delivered the package too.
