Is the PC you're using now also 64-bit?

This is a quote from the ScintillaNET guys about 64-bit PCs:
Quote
Yes, but this configuration is not officially supported (tested) by the ScintillaNET Team. Currently only branches [2.0], and [4.0] support 64-bit platforms. To use ScintillaNET on 64-bit systems, you must include both the SciLexerx64.dll and SciLexer.dll files.

I will look into this further as soon as possible, but in the meantime I have attached a 64-bit version of the Scintilla DLLs.  Extract these into the AdvancedScriptEditor_bin directory, replacing the one that's already there, and try again.

@GLID3R80: Just to confirm, are you also using a 64-bit PC?

Thank You StarKiller53861!!!

I got it to work by extrcting the v302 and replaced the SciLexerx64.dll and SciLexer.dll files and it works perfectly!!

Only question how do you get it to auto complete?

But this is just fantastic i've always needed help on scripts!!

I'm glad you like it :)

Press Ctrl+Space in the editor to list the possible functions, up/down arrows to move the selection up/down, and then enter to select the function.

Ive tried this program a few times now over various versions.

i have .net 3.5 installed.
ive changed the script number to 1.42

I just cant get your program to do anything.

it just sits in the taskbar and says "script paused". nothing changes in 3D rad. nothing happens.

Suppose the worst thing is, there is no errors from either program. it just seems as if your program or 3drad want to "talk" to each other lol

Does your program require any services to run (standard MS ones) ?

Are there icons in both the taskbar and system tray (clock) area, as per (1) and (2) in the image in this post?  If you're using a 64bit version of Windows and there is no icon in the taskbar, have you tried this?

I'm actually getting close to releasing v3.1 - which should hopefully solve quite a few problems - but my free time is very limited at the moment :-\

Framelessscript.exe closes after about 2 seconds. only advancedscripteditor.exe remains.

See image for all info.

Any time you could spend on this would be grateful, i cant ask you to spend time you haven't got, especially as it could be something only related to my XP setup.

Looking forward to using this one day! :D

I think the Intel Core 2 processors are 64-bit, so I would recommend trying this fix.  If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll see what else I can do.
