No need to be rude, rar is a pretty common archive format like zip.
you can use winrar from www.rarlabs.com to extract this file.

as a noob I only got a .rar file.
I sure would have enjoyed a full download of this.
I have made the off road car tho, and am making progress.
I saved this .rar, I hope I will learn how to apply it soon.
I wont forget should I ever make a game for others to view, how it felt to be a noob. I promise never to add items that all cant use from day one.
Thanks for posting your .rar, looks interesting and your more advanced than I am.
I mean at least to start in knowing how to treat these .rar files.

I love how your message is actually laid out as a poem. "Ode to the Noob"

I REALLY don't understand people who crap themselves and start complaining the second they don't understand stuff. If you google .rar, the first result is the Wikipedia page explaining what they are. The second result is the homepage for winrar which will happily unzip them for you! Was that so hard??

these forums allow editing, it's just slightly hidden (look next to the quote button on your own post, it says modify)
actually i see you found that out Last Edit: Today at 01:06:28 PM by Josh_McH

this download works, you just gotta make sure you extract the files into the correct locations

if it's a .3dr project file and it doesnt work, it was probably made with a version higher than the one you are using or you are missing a resource that was used in the project

$50 for what? it's just a donation of $5 minimum to get the current release now instead of 3 months later.

so far, 3d rad is the easiest thing for game making i know of without having to know anything about scripts

Currently using 7.22

No need for the novel, man.  It's just a .rar archive- I personally always use .zip format, but it is rather frustrating to not be able to open .rar.  To tell the truth though, it's not a big deal... It's just 3drad.  And I think most of us are just using it as a hobby.  So if you can't use someone elses project, so what???It leaves you with the fun of making your own :P  If mike were still around, he would have been much ruder than Chebob

PsychoWeasel9 you say, "just 3dRad", wow what a slam. This app has some awesome possibilities. Whether a hobby or something more serious, which I intend for it. This app is well worth the time put into it. Not everyone can see, but if all you get from it is a hobby then cool have fun.

Sure this is not open source, nor has the strength some engines have. However it is a great tool and more than a keeper.

shadmar looks to be doing some nice work with 3dRad. I will be paying the funds for furthering my efforts with 3dRad.

Rather than bickering etc. Lets return this post to its intended purpose please. shadmar has more than earned his forum time, and unless speaking of parts of the shadmar program post, please have courtesy for others.

good work shadmar, I look forward to seeing this for sure.

You misunderstand me- I love rad!  I never said I didn't!  But I didn't download this because I could make something like this fairly easily;  it's not like it's an integral part of the 3drad experience.  And even if a dungeon was very hard, I'd still try to make one myself, because rad is all about diy- no offense meant to anyone, least of all Fernando :)
