but what is acceleration in pcar? i should use iObjectAccelerationSet() for change  speed?

No! Not at all!

The PCar can accelerate, of course, otherwise it wouldn't move at all.
It's just that there isn't an 'acceleration' parameter in the PCar. In contrast to the old car object, in the PCar all the settings are based on the properties of the wheels in an attempt to acquire some realistic results.
To change the maximum acceleration of the PCar, change variables like the wheel torque. Just play around with the parameters.
