I need this scripts please:
6 Gears automatic transmission
Automatic projectile firing
Motion blur(i saw one but i can't understand it)
Headlight
Other cars would shoot me

Okay, serious.
Most of these scripts have been asked for before, so search the forum a bit.

And secondly, it's not so simple to just write the script and let it magically merge perfectly with your project.
Scripts like these, mostly the last one, need to be 'hand made', specifically for your project.

And your questions are a bit weird.
'Automatic projectile firing'? 'Headlights'? What do you mean? Just use a projectile object and a pointlight.

But, you don't need scripts for a lot of those things, I think you need to do a bit more 3DRAD homework first, have a bit of a play around with rad, get to know how it works first, check out examples, etc. The post process filters might help you with the motion blur.
