Another possible option.. attach your project with the vehical, also attach the MAX file and or X files to the forum and maybe someone can fix the model for you...

Once again:
YOU HAVE LINKED YOUR WHEELS TO THE CAR BODY!!
HOLD SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK ON THE TARGET WHEEL AND LINK IT TO THE WHEEL SKINMESH!!
YOU HAVE LINKED YOUR WHEELS TO THE CAR BODY!!
HOLD SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK ON THE TARGET WHEEL AND LINK IT TO THE WHEEL SKINMESH!!
There are 5 places on the Car Object you can Shift + RightClick on
1 -the car body - selects the center point of the car body (0,0,0)
2 -right front wheel - selects the center point of the car right front wheel (0,0,0)
3 -left front wheel - selects the center point of the car left front wheel (0,0,0)
4 -right rear wheel - selects the center point of the car right rear wheel (0,0,0)
5 -left rear wheel - selects the center point of the car left rear wheel (0,0,0)
From what you have so far: -assuming the 4 skinMesh wheels are already in their positions in the editor
unlink/uncheck each of the 4 skinMesh wheels from Car (clear the check boxes for each)
on the Car Object dialog uncheck/clear check box for "Hide wheels geometry" - so Car wheels are shown in editor
Shift+RightClick the front right wheel of the Car object -which centers the cursor on the Car wheel
then select and link the right front skinMesh wheel - the skinMesh will be attached at the center point of the Car wheel.
repeat for each skinMesh
*DO NOT move the skinMesh wheels in the editor while they are linked to each of their respective Car wheel locations.
*You CAN NOT(or you should not) change the Wheels offset and scale while the skinMesh(s) are linked to the Car

I've done all these things in a video file.
Please tell me where is wrong?
You can see it from here :

At about 9:17 in the video -you linked all the skinMesh Wheels to the same Car wheel

Well spotted Flish - you've got it there.
behdadsoft - you positioned all the wheel skinmesh correctly, but not linked them correctly.
Once you have the wheel positioned (after centring the skinmesh on the wheel) you must link it to that wheel by linking the skinmesh and the car at that point.
Then move onto the next wheels and do the same.
I'm really tired and I know you too. This is My atv Model that you can download it, Please correct it and tell me what you've done.
The model is not the problem, you are not linking skinMesh wheels to the Car wheels properly.
Look how it's done in this video.> http://www.3drad.com/SkinMeshAttached_04.php
*very important part* you have to first hold the [SHIFT] key on your keyboard before you select each Car Object wheel.

I am shocked. ok, actually not, my sum of all fears is confirmed now. your latest video just show us finally the whole, the special way, how you made things extremely unlucky, a wrong way
* you are trying to create an own Car object, but I think, you dont know about rigidbodies enough yet (that is why your car rolls like a ball in one the previous video footage). it means, your car shape will not help you to get accurate collision mesh - your car body is a big sphere only.
* you are rotating the Car object before Skinmesh attaching.
* you are rotating the Skinmesh wheel before linking to the Car object wheels... and so on.
how to do it all correctly, was said there already. you are doing it just wrong, NOT BASED on the mentioned tutorials and help (tips), again and again.
I absolutely agree with the PsikoT reaction. it took 4 pages, funny.
this mission is just impossible
