yeah... CONGRATS Rob... i really enjoyed playing your game...

i really liked the way the different planets' gravity fields affected the trajectory of the spacecraft...  i was also thinking about a small space explorer game, but totally ignored that aspect...

Congrats from me too, and respect to everybody who has released a playable game in time!

Only 6 of 16 reached the goal, the rest were lost in planning, modelling and lame graphics...

Btw. the real 70s winner by screenshot is Dash & Dodge ;) .
And 70's Night Spinner has the best specialfFX, the smoking cigarette like in every movie of this age.

We expect you in the next challenge 3Dsimulant!

i've added some feedback in each of your threads now my hands aren't tied,

Couldn't find one for you Dogs... You created by far the most 70s game and with a bit more work it will become real fun, good work.
Just to show how thorough we were you lost a point in graphics because if you google '1970s car' the first image displayed is the one you used in your title screen, sorry but you can't get anything past us after a few beers ; )

Please finish this, don't just drop it

I didn't know I was supposed to make a thread for it. It's just a small game.

You didn't have to make a thread - it's just what a few of the others had done to promote their game and get feedback.

Hopefully each of them will carry on using those threads to build on their great work so far.  8)

Would love to see you continue on yours too dogs - it is a cool homage to 70's gaming.

I'm not really interested in 70's games. I like making 3D racing games and flight simulators better.
I just made Dash & Dodge for the challenge. It's the first 2D game I've made, and I had a lot of trouble with it at first.

ummm, thanks to put me in the list, but I must remind here, as I mentioned few times before, I wasnt a regular challenge member actually.... a month back wasnt sure, if there will be even any game released except the Rotary guys stuff + one or two games yet - so I decided try to create in one month something, a quickly made stuff and put it here as a "bonus" thingy or something like that. without the right to compete, because it can be an "unbaked cake" only  :D
that is also why the game was excluded from the contestation  8)

your game was entered and judged Boreks...  in my opinion, even if you had more time to made it better, it still would've scored where it did...

it was a good effort...
