I developed this addon some time back now you can download it at my website (link below)
This Police pursuit addon is free and can be added to any city game where you want to add an other level of excitement. The Police car will pursue a player car that has gone through the Event on Location at a speed greater then the speed limit. If you out run the police car it will reset after 30 seconds. When the police car hits the Player car they both will stop and text message registers a fine which could be taken from your game score.
The addon comes with a player car so if you add it to an existing game you must remove it then link the original player car. It comes with PDF instructions and after you install the addon it can be found in the 3DRad_res Folder.
The police car is the old DarkBasic car that I found on the web years ago and could be improved.
