I really doubt that "and" was there intentionally in order to define the question as you atemp to colour it. honestly, looks like more a redaction glitch.

anyway, conceiving that you are correct poiting that "and", why arent you explaning how to export the animated fan model? 

then again, the question is being asked in the optimization board, and talk here  about all the ways to achieve something and how of a nice day is... would defy the porpouse of the board: find the optimum one.

p.s.
if you are working for example on windmill field, I guess performance will be issue. THENNN AGAINNN is not whats being discussed here, but the more optimized way to do the job.
