I really doubt that "and" was there intentionally in order to define the question as you atemp to colour it. honestly, looks like more a redaction glitch.

anyway, conceiving that you are correct poiting that "and", why arent you explaning how to export the animated fan model?  :P

then again, the question is being asked in the optimization board, and talk here  about all the ways to achieve something and how of a nice day is... would defy the porpouse of the board: find the optimum one.

just sayin'  :)

p.s.
if you are working for example on windmill field, I guess performance will be issue. THENNN AGAINNN is not whats being discussed here, but the more optimized way to do the job.  :D

the guy is saying he dont want the fan blades to wave a hand and say hello, he want them to just rotate, clearing up that the animation is a simple rotation.
