Author Topic: Simple using of PathFinder for AI (NPC)  (Read 1449 times)

« on: April 23, 2011, 12:35:01 AM »
There are a few samples of using the object in the forum, and developer's sample takes some (even much) time for a beginner to get how it works.

So, This is a simple sample of AI using the PathFinder object.
I used Andro as NPC. An enemy chase you and find you wherever you are (if you're on earth  :D), so, you aren't able to play hide-and-seek with him. And there are no obstacles, which he couldn't surmount. Try hiding yourself behind the wall, he will find you by all means !

Not at all, DillonPICL. You can make'em get one another as well ! Just modify the script a little bit.

Yay! Now this is a piece of work I surely can use! Simple and effective!

By the way; The star gets afar from the catchar if he hides inside the blocks, but that bug rocks. ;-p
I want it all!

Yes, and you can modify the code a bit to fix the bug.
