I wish that wasn't the case  ::)...Work that anyone else would do takes me 5x as long....So even simple things like a simple menu, or a save/load system seems like huge accomplishments to me :)  I am embarrassed to admit how much time I actually spend on this... and I have yet to add any "eye candy", which is what I need to really generate interest in this project. :)

Also, I think I mentioned this before, but I would really appreciate feedback about the camera and control scheme...  It is admittedly somewhat awkward in this era of gaming... but I want to see if anyone finds it off-putting or if it would make or break a game. Or what I could do better to generate some excitement with this project...  All feedback is welcome, even flaming, so don't hold back...

I would prefer the camera be a tad closer to the actor more like typical 3PS ala GTA, RDR, Tomb Raider, etc. Maybe a few switchable camera settings for those of us with similar preferences.Other than that very minute detail, I'm really liking what you've got going on with this!

Thanks for the feedback everyone... I am leaning towards developing the game as a zombie apocalypse RPG or something of the sort..

Right now I am putting the finishing touches on a rudimentary Advanced Targeting System, similar to VATS in fallout 3 or the Mark and Execute System in Splinter Cell: Conviction...

@deebee, I have been playing with the camera settings, adjusting the min and max angles as well as the zoom function.  I have added a lot of freedom in the camera.  I did have a FPS cam planned awhile back, but for some reason it would not work in windows 7...:/
