Im pretty shure they did but I know that older versions of rad don't work well on newer ones.

It only works in 6.43-ish. I no longer use the source, so I don't remember exactly how to get it working.. but I'd say your best chances are downgrading 3DRad.

or you can just adjust the springs because the springs in the physx 3drad are stiff so you have to set the springs to a lower value.
and also set the springs dampers up a little so it won't bounce every where.

p.s. with the car/pcar if you set the wheel mass to 100-300 they won't bend so easily.
