As I wrote on another thread, I had consistently problems with OSAkit, and sadly its developer never answered my recent troubleshooting questions (but he did some months ago about prices). I regret it because the tool has many positive sides.
So, I found another tool that even though it has worked for me only for Internet Explorer, it works correctly with 3dRad. Full license is just $50 and has a packer/ html generator that won't let any ordinary person to get the program files and media.
I tested it with a number of developer platforms, including gamemaker, which sad to say, there is a problem with gamemaker 7 because of splash screen, but does well with previous versions.
I also discovered that today a full blown 3Drad program would be impractical to deliver via web because of its sheer size, but if the user is willing to wait for the download, and your traffic allows it, web game builder can do it.
The tool is web game builder, and the page is a bit hidden into their website:
http://www.etiumsoft.com/webgamebuilder.php
I tested it with 3dRad, Gamemaker, DarkBasic pro, Delphi, Playbasic, VisualStudio, among others, and it worked correctly. As other tools, it is a signed activeX that downloads your windows application to somewhere in the disk, and then executes it, embedding it into the browser page.
Also, their support has been good and fast on weekdays.
EDIT> Fernando, could you move this post to the game tools thread please. I posted here by mistake.
