Author Topic: halo-like heating system for plane  (Read 2290 times)

making some progress... mainly wanted to get opinions on the heat/damage system. I thought it would be a cool feature to have, though somewhat unusual.

Why is the needle glued to the mousepointer  ???

You could type the keys in the cool loading screen.

thanks for sharing

the needle is just a place holder for the mouse for now, it really has nothing to do with a readout for the plane. The dial sprite i put there to help sight the horizon, and I had planned to eventually get an artificial horizon showing under it, but I'm thinking now I might go for a bare-bones HUD. Showing the keys on loading is a great idea. thanks! What'd you think of the heating system? probably unnecessary but I thought I'd try to add something new...

ah, the heat goes up if I turn around too heavy (what I need in combat  ;D )
a dramatical overheat warning sound whould be nice.

Ok the ground need to be thicker, I can fly thru!

artificial horizon would be cool
 keep it up
