For taking  a video for 3D Rad,take snapshots of the video of each seconds in jpeg format.Go to the sprite data folder.Make a new folder,eg:Video.Now move the snaps to the folder and name each snap as 001,002,003,004 etc.You can change the name of any snap according to your wish.Make another image and change it's name as the same of the folder(Video) and move it to the sprite data folder in your 3D Rad.Open 3D Rad,Add sprite,Change it to your video sprite(Video).Select the number of frames you want in each seconds.Click OK.Test it!!!

Well, it probably belongs in User Created Projects tuts...etc
But, this info is already available in the Sprite Objects Help file.  ::)
