Author Topic: WORKING HELICOPTER!  (Read 328 times)

« on: March 21, 2014, 08:25:04 AM »
WOOOHOOO!!!!   I finally successfully made a working Helicopter!   With airfoils and forces and some scripts I finally got one to work!  I will attach the project below with some screenies and later...a video!  Anyway this is free to use in your games if you want.  It is very simple and has realistic movements. Anyway ill just give the simple project to you guys.  Basically what I did was turn the pre given plane into a helicopter!  here's a tip though:  The helicopter turns easier when you flying forward.  Basic controls are 1, 2, 3 to increase or decrease altitude and up, right, left to move forwards left and right.

I would have made a serious reply, but since you've posted the same thing in two different boards, you must be very attention needy.

If you want people to check your stuff out, speak English like someone with a brain, don't shout, attach a compiled version as well and don't just add the .3dr, add a 3drad_res folder with all your user made things.

congrats on your aerial accomplishments...

if you had done a search for 3DRAD + helicopter before you did the
WORKING HELICOPTER exclamation point shout out... you would've
found several threads on the topic... other working choppers,
and some guidance...
