a few questions Nasa...

1 -  what does the addon do?

2 - are the models in the video, the room, the gun, the gun anims... did you create them yourself?

before licensing addon content it'd be nice to know about the stuff i'm licensing...

Thx! Very good questions Mike!

It's not my models, but some of them free ( sky, clouds) ... Room from add-on " horror cam" I think it's free! All that you saw in room already free!

About animation - it's from fps creator s pack,  but community( Russia) already bought it( not me)

What I want to sell? Just system,  all scripts,  all logic .technical part of project - it's just skeleton for you future project! I can create any skeleton as you wish! Or make for you terrains and plant trees, for example

I'm not create models or sounds I can only find it and put in project!

If you don't understand something,  just ask, I try to make it clear

i thought i recognized some of the stuff in the scene...

it'd be nice to give credit to the original developers of the visuals...  Mic's Horror Room for example...

also...

i'd make sure that it in fact something IS free to use... the stuff from TGC might not be...

as i said before...I'm not create models,im create logic and scripts(not all my own,for example imposters not my)...Its more important then put models in the game...i can open any site with free models and get it ....In internet you can get Trees or Grass or house...Its easy change all ! But if you dont know how to script its all will be unuseful for you! I put combine post, my own system of reload(count bullet ,you can find it somewhere on site), my own system of inventory(not adaptive for this project yet but will be) ,my day/night system and i add some new things... And will be Rain Storm Snow.. Its content many scripts and my own work....I can put in project FREE resourses that you can use in commercial project...Its not problem...

if for you so important grass or trees go in models site where you can buy it!*)

Its just skeleton for you future project...But with some important system...Many of them its my own.

the point i'm trying to get across to you is that if you don't have permission to use commercially released content, you might think twice about using it...

and

if you use someone else's models it is just the right thing to get their permission before using their stuff...

i dunno where you got the idea that because someone releases a demo that they are giving away their intellectual property rights... where did it say that Mic's Horror Room was free for anyone to use as part of a commercial program??

The Game Creators sell the gun anim as part of a package.. i'm sure they'd just luv the idea of you giving it away as part of your package...  you might wanna read their eula...

also... is there a Credits list giving credit to the people who made the non commercial items you are reselling...

you've gotta understand Nasa, if you charge someone for something, and that thing belongs to someone else... then you are wrong...  plain and simple...

hey, you can do whatever you want... i'm just pointing out some hard facts that may jump up and bite you later...  simple facts that you should already know...

Yeah! You right! And this is one of reason why i give answer on your question that i dont sell models...Because i can use it for free ...i use it for free just for demonstration ...But i asked about some resources and half of resources already free...Im not sell gun! Im sell just technical part, as i said. But i can give some resources for free use(with note)

if the models are part of some package you are selling, then you ARE selling em...

what about that is so hard for you to understand...

ok, since you don't seem to understand what i'm trying to get across to you, then
read THE GAME CREATORS EULA...  maybe they can help you to understand a bit better the points you seem to be missing here...

good luck with this... making Frameworks that other 3DRAD devs can easily use to achieve additional and specialized functionality would be a plus for many in the community...

placeholder models that the developers can (and in most cases probably will) easily replace with their own would work just as well here... a simple plain gun mesh... a simple untextured room... all would  fit the bill... it's the framework that you're making available that is the important thing...

better to use as much of your own stuff as possible... easy to make generic models are ok in this circumstance...

Yeah...Thats right!

And this is answer about Pack model

"If you buy a model pack, you may not sell resources separately. Any model used in any game, must be part of an overall working game .

Best regards,
Daniel Foreman."

For example i can sell game but with open source but you cannot use this model.

i think thats mean that i can make add-on (for example its a game), and sell it...you can use my (or free) resource
