Yeah, this is a pain. If you're using 2012 or older, check the Panda DirectX Exporter.

If you're using 2013, I'll let you know when I find something!  ;D
There isn't a panda exporter for 2013 yet.

Robertoo, I know you are using 3d studio max, but sketchup its easier, and faster to export, and mainly its free........

This almost physically hurt.

Yes, Sketchup is easier, but that's hardly an argument. Learning Max is investing.  ;D

It's very easy to export models from Max to Rad, just not the animated ones.

Which brings me to my next poin, Max is an completely equiped program: you can model, texture, rig and animate. Sketchup can model, but you can't model a character, can you? Nor can it properly texture. And it obviously can't animate.

Don't do this ever ever ever say this again.

BTW, I've used Sketchup for over two years, so I definitely know what I am talking about.

Student version. Free for students. I am a student. So it's free for me.

And sorry for two messages, can you delete them, and thiso one too.

Posing a third message to appologize for the previous ones doesn't really make sense, does it?  ;D

hahaha ;D ;D ;D ;D robertoo, well I am using sketchup for over 3 years, every day, so I think, that in modelling with sketchup (but only here) I am better  than you...... so you can animate with sketchup, but yes, its not simple for newbies in sketchup....

 ;)

hey roberto, this 3ds max is great, a lot better than sketchup, if you get any exporter for 2013 than even greater. :)

Mate, I don't have any issue with you, and I like you on here as a member,
But Roberto is getting a bit annoyed with you. So just calm down the tension a bit, and don't wind each other up.

Trust me I know how it feels, I have been there.
Coz of that, I have had my privaleges taken away, I can't pm, every message has to be aproved, and I understand that.

I don't want the same thing to happen to you.

If you make a missyake, modify your post, don't post to say you did,
Then another post to say sorry for that.

So how's bout we all play nicely?

Ps posting tooany posts just to get a better status will get you banned, or back on moderation...
