Looking alright from the screenies. A few things though.
+Needs traffic
+Rather than driving on a road in thin air, maybe put those in a city model

Good start! :)

U R Well.
But I Had One Problem,I Can't Add The Enemy Car,And Civilian Car.
So In This Game The Enemy Car Is Running Away From Player When They Were in Chase If You Know What I Mean !?.
And For The Civilian Car I Want To Make The Civilan Car Can Go Anywhere They Want.
So Can You Teach Me...?

For your two issues, the following links should take care of then. Make sure to read all the documentation and click that little help button on each object if you ever got stuck. Once you've had a go, if you still have issues - come back to us.

http://3drad.com/CarAI.php

http://3drad.com/Path.php

Basically you will have a path for the civilian car ai object to follow, and a different car ai object set to 'flee' from the player car.

Hope this helps.
